The 2005-2006 Alberta OHS Code Review is now complete

The requirements of the OHS Code 2006 come into effect on February 1, 2007.
This allows employers and workers a phase-in period to come into compliance with the requirements of the OHS Code 2006.
The requirements of the OHS Code 2003 remain in effect until January 31, 2007.
