He’s been doing the job for centuries. He handles an ever increasing demand for his services. The time window for delivering his product is the smallest you could imagine. Yet he consistently meets the expectations of clients, with only those on the naughty list less than happy with his performance.
How do you review someone who so regularly meets and exceeds expectations? The Cranky Middle Manager gives it a go and finds Santa’s only weakness is in the area of succession planning.
Overall, another excellent performance review. Unfortunately his salary was capped 600 years ago, and HR is struggling for reward and recognition opportunities for someone who not only has everything, but gives it away. Issue will be studied at the next HR department meeting.
