1. ASK YOUR EMPLOYEES.
2. MAKE IT MULTIDIMENSIONAL.
3. INCLUDE AN OBJECTIVE MEASUREMENT.
4. INCLUDE A SUBJECTIVE MEASUREMENT.
5. DON’T REINVENT THE WHEEL.
6. NO WORKER IS AN ISLAND.
