		<description>I absolutely agree with you - especially #3.  Employers end up with the people they deserve!  I have worked for many companies...and most recently worked for one that believed and basiclaly articulated that the employees were as you indicated, &quot;a necessary evil&quot;.  I had a very difficult time trying to convince employees who came to me for counselling that the company appreciated their support and the work that they did...because I knew it wasn&#039;t true.  Bottom line...the company is now left with what it deserves...the bottom of the barrel in terms of qualified employees.  What a shame!</description>
