Guy Kawasaki has posted another in his “Top Lies” series: The Top Sixteen Lies of CEOs. After giving us the meaning behind common CEO-speak phrases, He lists the four statements employees would appreciate hearing from the CEO:

1. “I don’t know.”
2. “Thank you.”
3. “Do what’s right.”
4. “It’s my fault.”
